David N. Rutt, a founding partner of Moore & Rutt, P.A., has been reappointed as solicitor for the City of Milford, Delaware. Mr. Rutt has served as City Solicitor since 2011. Mr. Rutt is excited to be a part of the continuing transformation of Milford and is honored by the continuing confidence the Mayor and City Council has in his legal representation.
