David N. Rutt, a founding partner of Moore & Rutt, P.A., has been reappointed as solicitor for the City of Milford, Delaware. Mr. Rutt has served as City Solicitor since 2011. During this past year, Mr. Rutt has provided legal advice to all the elected and appointed municipal bodies of Milford as well as to the City Manager and all City departments.
