Dorian Rowe Kleinstuber
Dorian Rowe Kleinstuber was born in Greenville, South Carolina, and was raised in Newark, Delaware where she graduated from Newark High School in 1980. She attended the University of Delaware and Montana State University, earning her Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Delaware in 1985. Ms. Kleinstuber graduated with a Juris Doctor from the Dickinson School of Law in Carlisle, Pennsylvania in 1988. She obtained her license to practice law in the State of Delaware and was admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the District of Delaware in 1988.
Ms. Kleinstuber is an associate in the law firm of Moore & Rutt, P.A. During her career she has been involved in cases in the Court of Chancery, Superior Court, Court of Common Pleas, and Justice of the Peace Courts, as well as several administrative agencies; however, her practice is mainly transactional. Ms. Kleinstuber currently assists Mr. Moore in representing Sussex County on a variety of matters including advising the County on the Freedom of Information Act, as well as reviewing and drafting contracts, leases, and other documents.
Ms. Kleinstuber is a member of the Delaware State Bar Association and the Sussex County Bar Association. She served as the Vice-President and as a member of the Board of Trustees of the Lower Delaware Autism Foundation from 2001-2010. She also served as a member of the Board of Directors of Autism Delaware from 2010 - 2015.
